DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to approve a Subordination Agreement between Marion County and Duke Energy in association with the SW 49th/40th Avenue Phase 1A Road Project (From SW 66th St to SW 42nd St Flyover). This will subordinate Duke’s Utility Easement, originally recorded August 12, 1959 in OR Book 18, Page 310, for the planned signalization, roadway connection, and drainage improvements at the intersection of SW 49th Avenue and SW 66th Street.
