DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to approve a Purchase Agreement for a portion of Parcel Number 13672-001-03 associated with the CR 225A and Hwy 27 Intersection Improvement Project. The drainage easement consists of 1,712.42 SF (.04 AC) and the temporary construction easement includes 500 SF (.01 AC). Also included in the purchase price is compensation for impacted trees.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Neutral; expenditure of $10,643 plus closing costs (STC073867 - VJ738541 - 561301).

Motion to approve the Purchase Agreement and authorize the Chair and Clerk to execute the same.
