DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Marion County Fire Rescue tracks overtime for Emergency Medical Services, and projections show that overtime funding will need to be replenished to avoid a deficit by the end of the fiscal year. Savings available in Regular Salaries and Wages have been identified to support the projected overtime requirements. This is a non-recurring issue, and an additional budget amendment may be needed before the fiscal year ends.
