DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
A State-Funded Grant Agreement for the construction phase of the Emerald Road Extension project was approved by the Board of County Commissioners on the May 16, 2023 agenda. This BAR recognizes and appropriates the grant funding as a revenue and the corresponding expenditure appropriation of $4,370,763 to match the agreement.
The original project appropriation of $4,370,763 utilized fund balance which shall be transferred to Reserves for Contingencies within the Transportation Maintenance Fund.
