DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Revenue for the America 250 initiative is being recognized under Other Contributions and Donations. To facilitate the payment of outstanding invoices and other expenditures associated with the America 250 celebrations, the funds are being transferred to the promotion activities account. This transfer will ensure that all current and future event-related expenses can be processed and paid in a timely manner.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Increase General Fund appropriation by $121,800.
