DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

Pastor Rocky Shrable, on behalf of the Wings of Faith Church, has filed for a Special Use Permit to establish a K-5 private school on the Church campus. Special Use Permits are already active at this site under 110605S, to offer daycare services for up to seventy children in June 2011, and they also operate a food pantry under 130603SU since July of 2013. Both operations have been in operation without any reported incident.
