DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to approve the Release of a Subdivision Improvement Agreement with Surety Bond associated with Stone Creek by Del Webb Sundance Phase 3. The improvements were inspected on September 9, 2024 and a Certification of Satisfactory Completion letter was sent to the Developer. The release will be recorded in the Public Record for proper satisfaction of the Surety Bond.
