DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

Kelby Dee Watt, on behalf of Sarah Meier, has applied to rezone a portion of a 10.56-acre property at the intersection between N US Hwy 27 and NW 160th Street, from Community Business (B-2) to General Agriculture (A-1), pursuant to the provisions of Land Development Code (LDC) Division 2.7 - Zoning and LDC Section 4.2.3. The subject property is situated outside the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) and in the County's Secondary Springs Protection Overlay Zone (SSPOZ), as well as the Farmland Preservation Area (FPA).
