DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
1. Pending Requisition/Ho-Man Contracting, LLC - Marion County Office of the County Engineer seeks approval to demolish the following properties as part of the SW 49th Avenue - North Phase project: 10961 SW 49th Avenue, 4897 SW 111th Place, 4880 SW 108th Place, 10165 SW 49th Avenue, 4895 SW 106th Street, and 10411 SW 49th Avenue. The demolition work, bid under 24Q-111 Pre-Qualified Demo Contractors, received two bids, with Ho-Man emerging as the lowest, most responsive, and responsible bidder. The scope of work includes all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and associated tasks to complete the demolition. Total expenditure of ($118,785). Funds are available in line STC073814 - VJ738541-561301 (Infrastructure Surtax Capital Project Fund).
2. Pending Requisition/Imperium Data Networks - Marion County Information Technology requests approval to purchase 50 AP45-US WIFI 6E Wireless Access Point, license with a five-year subscription, two (2) AP63 Outdoor Multi Gigabit, license with a five-year subscription, that will increase the County’s wireless capabilities for IT’s Operational Goal #4. The proposed quote has been attached. Total expenditure of ($88,327.56). Funds are available in line AA174516-552116 (General Fund). This meets the competitive bidding requirements under NASPO Contract #43220000-NASPO-19-ACS.
