DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

Michael Solari, on behalf of Solarium Properties, LLC, has filed an application to rezone a 20.9-acre parcel on the east side of S US Hwy 441, from expired Planned Unit Development (PUD) to Heavy Business (B-5) for all permitted uses, pursuant to the provisions of Land Development Code (LDC) Division 2.7 – Zoning and LDC Section 4.2.21. The subject property is situated inside the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) as well as the County's Primary Springs Protection Overlay Zone (P-SPOZ).
