DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On behalf of the Ocala/Marion County Visitors Convention Bureau (OMCVCB), Procurement Services solicited proposal from qualified agencies for an annual contract to provide professional photography and videography services. The selected agencies shall provide comprehensive creative services, including photography, videography, and video production to capture high-quality visuals content that inspires travel to Marion County and reinforces its reputation as a premier tourism destination. The content includes candid moments of leisure, outdoor activities, business travel, venues, and special events.
The resulting content will be featured on the OMCVCB website, social media platforms, advertisements, and press materials. All images and videos will become the exclusive property of OMCVCB, delivered in both raw and edited formats, and uploaded to a digital asset management system for official use.
The Selection Committee, comprised of Jessica Heller, Vanessa Beckett, and Erin Arnold, recommends awarding Avera Visuals, LLC, Maven Photo and Film, LLC, and Ultimate Production Company, LLC d/b/a Seagrove Marketing & Studios (Seagrove Marketing & Studios) based on the ranking below:

In addition, the previous contract, 24Q-295 Tourism Photography and Video Firm (second contract amendment) with Digital Fury, LLC, amends the contract to become part of the current 26Q-073 Tourism Photography and Video and extends the contract to duplicate the dates that are offered in that contract.
Tourist Development Director, Loretta Shaffer, concurs with the Selection Committee’s recommendation. Attached for review is one draft of the contract for Avera Visuals, LLC, as well as a draft contract amendment for Digital Fury, LLC. Following approval at today’s meeting, identical contracts as well as the contract amendment will be sent to the firms for signatures. Once returned, they will be routed to the County Attorney, Clerk, and Chairman for signatures.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Neutral; estimated annual expenditure of $350,000, as approval in the Fiscal Year budget. Funding is available in line CP155552-548101 (Tourist Development Fund).

Motion to approve the recommendation and allow staff to issue a contract, and upon approval by Legal, authorize the Chairman and Clerk to execute the contract with Avera Visuals, LLC, Digital Fury, LLC, Maven Photo and Film, LLC, and Seagrove Marketing & Studios under 26Q-073.
