Amended 2024 Interlocal Agreement (ILA) for Cost Share of Medical Examiner Services

DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
All counties have been provided with a DRAFT amendment to the ILA. Under the current ILA, the language states that SEMINOLE County provides services to the Medical Examiner's office, such as cremation authorizations and transport contracts. During discussions with the committee, it was found that very few of these items are currently being performed by SEMINOLE. This amendment removes that language and aligns with current practices.
