DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This item is to request approval of a resolution authorizing the use of donation and sponsorship funds from the approved America 250 Project Account for expenses related to the Marion County America 250 celebrations and related events through July 4, 2026.
The resolution also provides that any remaining funds after all event-related expenditures are satisfied will be donated to a qualified veteran 501(c)(3) organization at the discretion of the County Administrator.
