DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

Facilities Management is in the process of purchasing three (3) used vehicles from the Building Safety department including asset numbers 47832, 46966 and 46965. These vehicles were budgeted in FY 20/21 and funding will come from the FY 20/21 Machinery & Equipment account, AA180519-564101. Each vehicle is being purchased for $10,300 for a total of $30,900.
