DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Marion County Utilities maintains a rolling five-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) to plan and prioritize infrastructure investments. Staff have completed the annual update to reflect current needs, updated construction costs, and recent water and wastewater master planning efforts. Projects have been prioritized based on available revenues, regulatory requirements, system capacity, and long-term maintenance needs.
Staff will present the updated CIP, highlight key changes and progress to date, and provide the Board with an opportunity for questions and feedback prior to finalization.
