DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On January 19, 2021, and February 2, 2021, the Board approved contracts with several limerock suppliers.
The amendment changes the name from Florida Stone Products d/b/a Georgia Stone Products, Denver, CO, to Boxley Materials Company d/b/a Quikrete Aggregates for purchases from any of their subsidiaries.
Attached for review is a draft of the contract amendment. Upon approval at today’s meeting, it will be sent to Boxley Materials Company d/b/a Quikrete Aggregates, for signature and once returned, will be forwarded to Legal, the Clerk and Chairman for signatures.

Recommended action
Motion to approve the recommendation and allow staff to issue a contract amendment, and upon approval by Legal, authorize the Chairman and Clerk to execute the contract with Boxley Materials Company d/b/a Quikrete Aggregates under 21Q-042.
