DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The PUD was originally approved on December 15, 2020 for 174 dwelling units and up to 9.3 acres of commercial use. A condition of approval required the final PUD Master Plan be brought back before the Board for final approval. The applicant is requesting to modify the placement of the buffer on the eastern boundary due to a power line easement.
