DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The County previously entered into Agreement 20CF0002715 with the Southwest Florida Watershed Management District (SWFWMD) to update the SR 200 Watershed Management Plan. The original agreement was executed on October 1, 2019 and was amended on July 18, 2023 to extend the expiration date to December 31, 2025.
The County and District desire to amend the agreement again to extend the contract time expiration date to June 30, 2026, which ensures adequate time for completion of the peer review process.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Neutral - project amendment will not impact budget.
