DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

The applicants propose to rezone to develop a 173 RV Space/Park Model facility. The parcel identification number for the subject parcel is 36512-000-00, and the address is 7400 South US 441, Ocala, FL  34480. The legal description is provided within the application (Attachment A). The site is located within the Primary Springs Protection Zone and within the Urban Growth Boundary. The application proposes rezoning a portion of approximately 26.05 acres to Recreational Vehicle Park (P-RV) for all uses permitted within the proposed zoning classification.
