DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The Water Main Extension Connection Agreement 21-SA-54-O requires the Owner to perform necessary improvements to obtain water service to their lot. The line extension constructed to serve the Owner’s parcel also creates a benefit for two (2) additional parcels along the route of the water main extension.
