APPLICANT requests waiver for a survey as it is not necessary for this project. Existing water lines are in place and have been as-built and cleared for service by FDEP. This request meets the intent of LDC 2.10.2. as it promotes flexibility and economical flexibility by not creating an extra survey for a permit to install a water meter on an existing water line for landscape buffer irrigation.
