DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Additional study is needed to determine impact fees for proposed car washes. The Impact Fee Study project will need to be increased to allow for additional work. The amount of $7,960 of Impact Fee West funds will be moved from Improvements to Professional Services.
