DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to approve the Release of a Subdivision Improvement Agreement with Irrevocable Letter of Credit associated with the Greystone Hills Phase 2 subdivision by Rolling Hills Development, Inc. The improvements were inspected on November 28, 2023 and a Certification of Satisfactory Completion letter was sent to the Developer. The release will be recorded in the Public Record for proper satisfaction of the surety bond.
