DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

Fifth Judicial Circuit Court is requesting approval to renew an agreement with the Marion County Board of County Commissioners to provide funding for a Court Program Specialist I Fulltime Employee in Post Adjudication Expansion Drug Court (26-27-02). The current agreement expires on June 30, 2026, and is being renewed.  The court will reimburse the County for this position upon receipt of invoices submitted to the Court’s contract manager.

 

BUDGET/IMPACT:

Neutral; expenditure of $82,295.89, in Salaries and Benefits, as well as $20,000, in Operating expenses, which will be reimbursed.
