DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

This is a request to consider approval of a resolution by Petitioners Lester L. Smith, Dale E. Stolze, and Deborah A. Stolze to close and abandon SW 44th Terrace within the Country Oaks Subdivision, (Plat Book T, Page 92) to renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the general public.

 

The request for road closure was heard and approved by the Development Review Committee on March 19, 2026.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:

Recommended action

Take public comment, and upon providing staff any clarifying direction, motion to approve and authorize the Chairman and Clerk to execute the resolution closing and abandoning of SW 44th Terrace within the Country Oaks Subdivision (Plat Book T, Page 92).
