DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Additional right-of-way funding is needed for the NW 80th/70th Avenue Segment 3 project (from W Highway 40 to N US Highway 27) to support upcoming property acquisitions. Funding will be transferred from the SW 80th Avenue Segment 2 project (from SW 38th Street to W Highway 40) to accommodate these anticipated purchases.
