DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to approve a Purchase Agreement in the amount of $320,000 plus closing cost for Parcel number 9012-0164-14 associated with the Emerald Road Extension Project (from Southeast 92nd Loop to Florida Northern Railroad). This is an improved residential lot consisting of approximately .53 acres. The single-family residence, constructed in 2021, consists of 1,446 square foot with three (3) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms and a 475 square foot garage. The negotiated agreement is inclusive of any and all cost associated with this transaction. There are cost savings recognized in this negotiation by avoiding additional costs that occur during condemnation proceedings.
