DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to consider approval of a Resolution by Petitioners R.L.R. Investments, LLC to close and abandon those certain unconstructed and unnamed road(s) (or portions of) located in West End Ocala, Plat Book A, Page 57. The above referenced roads to be closed and abandoned are contained within the boundaries of parcel 21630-005-00 and parcel 21630-002-01. The Development Review Committee considered this request on March 8, 2021 and it was the committee’s recommendation that the petition be granted since no person or entity is dependent upon the platted road(s) for access or for any other purpose.
