DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Florida Statute Section 163.3191 requires an evaluation of the Comprehensive Plan every seven years to ensure consistency with statutory requirements and community engagement. The attached letter provides notification before the February 2025 deadline that Marion County has completed our Evaluation and Appraisal Report (EAR) and has identified changes to the Comprehensive Plan.
