DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
State Attorney Office (SA05) does not have enough funding to cover the remaining costs of utilities through the fiscal year end.
In addition, FY 2026- 27 budget was not set correctly, which will result in the same issue for FY 2026-27. Therefore, FY 2026-27 budget needs to be modified to $56,000 for State Attorney Utility Services (543101) and to $8,000 for State Attorney Communication Services line (541101).
