DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to approve a purchase agreement in the amount of $42,500 plus closing costs for a portion of parcel 23820-011-06 associated with the SW 38th/40th Street Road Widening Project (from SW 80th Avenue to the intersection of SW 43rd Court). This is a temporary construction easement taking of approximately 0.07 acres.
The negotiated agreement is inclusive of any and all cost associated with this transaction. There are cost savings in this negotiation by avoiding additional costs that occur during condemnation proceedings.
