DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On August 19, 2025, the Board approved contracts with multiple firms to provide professional services on an as-needed basis in support of Marion County Solid Waste operations. Services generally fall into five major categories, including engineering services, construction management and quality assurance, environmental compliance and testing services, special services, and environmental construction, maintenance, and repair.
Integrity Environmental Solutions, LLC, is being recommended by Solid Waste Director, Mark Johnson, to provide technical review and project management services for the Marion County Baseline Landfill Expansion project. Services include the review of design documents, evaluation of geotechnical and environmental elements, value engineering assessments, regulatory compliance review, and the development of recommendations and reports throughout various phases of the project.
Attached for review is a draft of the task order contract. Upon approval at today’s meeting, it will be sent to Integrity Environmental Solutions, LLC for signature and once returned will be forwarded to Legal, the Clerk, and Chairman for signatures.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Neutral; expenditure of $262,236. Funding comes from ZA423534-563102 (Solid Waste Disposal Fund).

Recommended action
Motion to approve the recommendation and allow staff to issue contract, and upon approval by Legal, authorize the Chairman to execute the contract with Integrity Environmental Solutions, LLC, under 25Q-090.
