DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Due to a lack of candidates to fill the open Engineering positions within Marion County Utilities, engineering support is required from outside firms. Because the positions have not been filled, there are funds available in the salary line item to cover this request. This request is to move funds from Regular Salaries and Wages to Professional Services in the Utilities Management cost center. This is a one-time request.
