DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Facilities Management is requesting a one-time transfer of $95,000 to our county-wide repairs and maintenance line from repairs and maintenance small projects. This increase is needed to fund general repairs and maintenance on county-wide buildings which has seen a significant increase to both workorders as well as costs of materials. The small projects account carries funds for remodels, roof replacements, HVAC replacements as well as other priority projects and currently has excess funds for projects that have not been completed due to general repairs taking precedence.
