DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Municipal Services is requesting a budget amendment to perform the remodel of the Rainbow Lakes Estates clubhouse for the contract with GSB Construction & Development, Inc. This is a request to transfer the funds from the Rainbow Lakes Estates General Government Capital Improvement Funding account to the Buildings - Construction and Improvements account for the costs of the interior remodel. The funds are available in Capital Improvement Funding for this purpose.
