DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

The subject property is a single parcel totaling 8.58-acres that is currently zoned Community Business (B-2). Parcel 1801-000-001 lies within the Secondary Springs Protection Zone and outside of the Urban Growth Boundary.  The applicant is requesting a Special Use Permit to allow for outdoor sales and some storage of goods for a Feed Store and the legal operation of a Farmer’s Market on the same property.
