DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
To facilitate billing staff time for Transportation Infrastructure Surtax projects, adjustments need to be made to projects that have either insufficient funds or no budget assigned. Several projects will be increased to allow for the necessary journal entries: $8,815 will be transferred to SW 49th/40th Ave Ph 1; $785 to SW 49th Ave - North; $42 to S Magnolia Ave at SE 80th St; $97 to Pavement Preservation; $12 to NW 80th Ave; $507 to SW 38th/40th St; and $12 to SW Hwy 484 Widening Ph 1. The total of $10,270 will be transferred from NW 49th/35th St Ph 2B. This type of adjustment will recur monthly, based on which projects are being worked on in the given time frame.
