DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On June 16, 2020, the Board approved contracts with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., Tillman and Associates Engineering, LLC, Wright-Pierce, Inc., Hazen and Sawyer, P.C., and Ardurra Group to provide Engineering Design Support Services to Marion County Utilities. All firms have complied with the original agreement’s terms and conditions. Marion County Utilities provided positive evaluations, and Utilities Director, Jody Kirkman, recommends a one (1) year renewal.
Attached for review is a draft of Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. contract. The four (4) contracts not provided are identical. Upon approval at today’s meeting, the contracts will be sent to all firms for signatures and upon return, will be forwarded for signatures from Legal, the Clerk, and Chair.

Recommended action
Motion to approve and allow staff to issue, and upon approval from Legal, authorize the Chair and Clerk to execute the contract for Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., Tillman and Associates Engineering, LLC, Wright-Pierce, Inc., Hazen and Sawyer, P.C. and Ardurra Group, Inc. under 20Q-074.
