DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The Water Main Extension Connection Agreement 21-SA-72-O was approved during a board meeting on December 21, 2021. One of the benefitting lots in Section 2 contains a typo and a benefitting lot was omitted from the original Agreement. This Amendment corrects the benefitting parcel of 80045-0845-17 to parcel 8005-0845-17 and includes the missing benefitting lot 8005-0845-16. The pro-rata shares have been adjusted from $5,681.38 to $4,545.10. Since the Agreements are recorded with Official Records and often used in title searches for parcel obligations, the Amendment is required to be documented in the same fashion as the original Agreement.
