The Parcel Identification Number for the property is 14570-000-00; the subject property is located at 8748 NE Jacksonville Rd., Anthony, Florida, 32617, and the legal description is provided within the application. The site is located inside the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB), and in the County-wide Primary Springs Protection Zone (PS-SPOZ), and within the Marion County Utilities Service Area.  The application proposes rezoning the subject property for all uses permitted.
