DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On or before August 4 of each year, the Board of County Commissioners shall advise the Property Appraiser of the proposed millage rates, the rolled-back rates, and the date, time, and place at which the public hearings will be held to consider the proposed millage rates and the tentative budget. {Florida Statutes Section 200.065(2)(b)} The following date is being requested for a Special Board Meeting.
