Petitions were sent via certified return receipt mail within Rolling Hills Unit 5 - SW 126th Terrace and SW 45th Street at the request of the property owners. Those petitions were returned to the Clerk of the Court Internal Audit Department which has provided the following results of the petition count:
Total Property Owners Petitioned: 9
Total Owners Responding Timely: 6
Total Owners Responding in Favor: 4 (66.7%)
Total Owners Responding Not in Favor: 2 (33.3%)
Total Owners Responding Invalid: 0
Percentage of Property Owners in Favor: 66.7%
BUDGET/IMPACT:
None; all costs associated with this proposed road assessment will be shared by the affected property owners within the project boundary.
