DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Tree mitigation funds were collected during the previous fiscal year but were not fully appropriated for expenditure in the current fiscal year. An expenditure budget is needed to allow Parks & Recreation to use these previously collected funds for eligible tree mitigation purposes. The remaining balance of unspent funds of $413,242, are to be re-appropriated to the FY 2026-27 Budget.

Increase Parks and Recreation Fees Fund appropriation by $413,242.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Recommended action
Motion to approve and execute the attached budget amendment resolution and approve the re-appropriation of funds to the FY 2026-27 budget.
