DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Information Technology (IT) requests approval to standardize the county’s network cameras and video recorders, to include associated video management software, peripherals, accessories, professional services, and warranties. Standardization will increase efficiency, simplify management, and improve the County’s security posture by ensuring compliance with Section 889 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
Attached for review is the Solicitation Waiver form; pending approval at today’s meeting, it will be presented to the Board for the Chair’s signature.
