DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Toby Stults, with BamCore-Florida LLC, and on behalf of property owner, BamCore-Florida LLC, has filed an application to rezone a 2.77-acre property located on the corner of Oak Road and Cypress Road from Multiple-Family Dwelling (R-3) to Light Industrial (M-1), pursuant to the provisions of Land Development Code (LDC) Division 2.7 - Zoning and LDC Section 4.2.27. The subject property is located on the southeast corner of Oak Road and Cypress Road within the Silver Springs Subdivision, which is an Urban Area outside the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB). The property is located within in the County's Primary Springs Protection Overlay Zone (P-SPOZ). There are no concurrent applications, nor are there any code enforcement cases associated with this zoning change application or subject property.
