DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to approve the Final Plat for Stone Creek by Del Webb Sundance Phase 3. This is a Planned Unit Development.
This subdivision is located in the southwest portion of the County containing 33 lots, five (5) tracts and 3.60 miles of road on approximately 17.52 acres.
This Final Plat was approved by the Development Review Committee on January 22, 2024.
