DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The Board of Adjustment has the following three (3) vacancies due to expiring incumbent terms and the recent loss of one of its members:
(1) Full member for a new term ending January 2029;
(1) Full member for an unexpired term ending May 2027;
(1) Alternate member for a new term ending January 2029.
Incumbents, Nathanael Ramos (Full) and Zilca Diaz (Alternate) would like to be considered for reappointment, with Ms. Diaz moving from Alternate to Full member capacity. No other applications were received during the advertisement period.

Recommended action
Motion to appoint incumbent Nathanael Ramos for a new term ending January 2029, and to appoint Zilca Diaz as full member to serve the remainder of the unexpired term ending May 2027.
