DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On December 17, 2021, a Code Enforcement Board lien was recorded against David Chamblee and Lisa Chamblee for littering, operating an auto repair business in an improper zone, and having an accumulation of junk and unserviceable vehicles on the property at 1675 NE 180TH ST, CITRA (Parcel 03421-000-00). The violations were eventually cleared, and the Chamblee’s have been making monthly payments on the lien amount.
Mr. Chamblee recently requested a rescission of the lien balance, and the Code Enforcement Board heard the request on May 13, 2026. Based on the testimony presented, the Code Enforcement Board made a recommendation that the Board of County Commissioners should deny the request. David Chamblee and Lisa Chamblee do not own any other property in Marion County.
