The staff report includes an aerial photograph showing the location of the subject property. The subject property is located within the Secondary Springs Protection Overlay Zone (S-SPOZ), within the Environmentally Sensitive Overlay Zone (ESOZ), and is outside of the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB).
