DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The following date is being requested for a Public Hearing associated with the proposed Liberty Village Phase 1 Municipal Service Benefit Unit (MSBU) and in accordance with Section 125.01(1)(q), Florida Statutes:
Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. or immediately soon thereafter.
This Public Hearing is required by the Land Development Code to establish the Ordinance for a new subdivision.
